Guest Directory

Welcome to our beautiful Villa! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following Villa rules:

General Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

2. Noise Policy

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Be considerate of neighbors at all times

3. No Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa

  • Designated smoking areas: backyard, upstairs porch and downstairs porch 

  • Please use ashtrays and do not leave cigarette butts in or around the property.

4. Parties and Events

  • Unauthorized parties or events are NOT allowed

  • The villa must be used for agreed purposes only

  • Good personal conduct at the property is required: refrain from property damage, excessive noise or illegal activities.

5. Parking

  • Parking is allowed on the street and has been safe thus far

  • Please be courteous and avoid blocking the neighbour’s driveway or entrances

6. Guests Register

  • Unauthorized substitution of guests are NOT allowed. Inform the villa representative if there are changes to the guest list

  • Maximum occupancy: 7 guests unless authorized during reservation

7. Keys

  • ​If keys are lost, ALL lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons. Guests will incur the resulting cost of 1700 TTD. 

Property Care

1. Cleanliness

  •  Leave the property in the same condition you found it

  • Wash all used dishes before check-out

  • Do not leave open food containers in the villa

  • Rinse off beach sand before entering villa and before laundering!!

2. Furniture and Appliances

  • Do not rearrange furniture

  • Do not sit on indoor furniture with wet clothing 

  • Report any damages or malfunctions immediately to villa representative

  • Avoid leaving the refrigerator door open for long periods

3. Lavatories

  • Dispose of waste in provided containers; do not flush garbage or hygiene products

  • Do not stand on the toilet bowls

4. Energy and Conservation

  • Turn off lights and A/C when leaving the property

  • Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C units are in use

5. BBQ Pit Rules

  • Read rules located on wall by BBQ pit

  • Use the BBQ pit outdoors ONLY

6. Water Conservation

  • Use water wisely. During dry season (Jan – May) the water authority (WASA) imposes restrictions and supply may be limited

  • Please do not leave any tap or garden hose on. 

Safety and Security

1. Door and Windows

  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property

  • Do not share entry codes or keys with non-guests

  • Return all keys at check-out

2. Fire and Safety

  • No candles or open flames indoors

  • Emergency electrical lamps are provided for power outages

  • Smokers should take fire safety precautions 

  • Locate fire extinguishers and do not remove from those positions except, in an actual fire. See below for locations:

- Kitchen, next to fridge 

- Downstairs back porch area, next to BBQ grill

  • The villa agent’s contact information is provided upon reservation

Additional Guidelines

1. Pets

  • No pets allowed

2. Trash Disposal

  • Dispose of trash in black bin at the front of the property

  • Secure trash in proper garbage bags ONLY

  • Trash collection days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

3. Lost and Found

  • The villa owners/agents are not responsible for lost or stolen items but, will attempt to return any forgotten items. Contact us within 7 days of your departure

4. Local Laws and Regulations

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

5. Pool Rules 

  • Read the pool rules located at the outside shower next to the laundry room

  • Use of the pool is at your own risk. Supervise children at all times.
