Pictures as described. Flexible on check in since we arrived on the island in the morning. The hosts were responsive when I contacted them. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we wanted - beaches, restaurants & groceries.

The location was very good, the place was very comfortable and gave the vacation setting but it was also homey. The single mattresses might need updating and the kitchen is starting to show some wear but stove, fridge everything worked well, so no complaints.
One thing though was members of the group being startled by the grounds landscapers who came into the compound unannounced. That could be cleared up by letting guests know when they are likely to visit. All in all though, a very good stay. It is really a lovely place.
Casa Rojas: We do apologize for the unannounced visit from our landscapers. Our Villa managers reminded them to review the guest schedule prior to entering. We will also assess your feedback regarding the mattresses and the kitchen.

Our group really appreciated the cleanliness of the Villa upon entering. The kitchen was tidy and there was a coffee and tea station on the counter. I truly enjoyed the assortment of teas provided. We’ll definitely be back for 2026 Carnival.

I love the cleanliness and well-putting aspects of this home. All the bedding sheets, towels and pillows were very clean and tidy. The Villa comes with its own housekeeper who ensured our stay was comfortable. If we needed any extra items, the Villa management was very responsive. Would stay again.

Even though the Villa’s official existing sleeping capacity is 7 persons, we received approval for our extra 3 family members. They gladly brought their sleeping bags on this trip and it worked out well as the Villa has a spacious upper foyer area.

The driving directions received from the Villa management company was simple and easy to navigate to the Villa from the Scarborough ferry terminal. It took us about 25 mins driving. The vibrant red colour of the building is an eye catcher from a distance – can’t miss it.

The Villa is located on a very quiet street in Bon Accord! You can find anything within less than 5 mins: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, Pigeon point and store bay beaches….and the international airport! Would highly recommend.

The pool was sweet! I especially appreciated the depth markings on the pool. There’s also a nice Jacuzzi that’s adjoining the main pool. As they say in Trini slang “we comin back fuh sure”.

The Villa has a great BBQ pit that works well with 2 full propane canisters. Adequate cutlery in the kitchen and all appliances worked smoothly. A very comfortable place.

When we arrived, our dedicated vehicle was not on hand at the same time. The housekeeper was very kind to assist us in getting the immediate essential food stuff and other items. She made sure we were comfortably checked in as well. Great place to stay with the family!

The AC unit for one of the bedrooms stopped working. This was quickly sorted out by the AC tech. While doing a BBQ in the evening, one of the fuel tanks became empty. We used the backup tank in the interim. The next morning a replacement tank was delivered to the Villa. Quick response by the management team!

My cousin’s wedding was held at Pigeon Point. Therefore, staying here was only a 5 mins drive to the venue. Strategic and convenient location. Villa was very clean and comfortable.

The Villa is very clean and well maintained. The Villa’s internal parking only accommodates 1 vehicle, but there is ample street parking that is very safe as there is very little vehicular traffic. It took us 30 min to drive to Scarborough to catch the ferry. Villa is in a nice spot in Bon Accord.

I am always very skeptical about booking Tobago vacation stays at Villas and private properties when viewed online – mainly because of the differences of the online photographs and vids versus the actual look of the property upon check-in. However, Casa Rojas Villa does look like what’s displayed on their website. Well done!

The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything our group needed to prepare our meals. The Villa was clean, WiFi and smart TV worked great - although I found myself more upstairs on the private terrace off the master bedroom, enjoying the calmness of the surroundings.
We’ll return for Easter again.

After we saw Casa Rojas’ website and its layout/pics, we immediately said “that one!”. The wife and I had the master bedroom with a King-sized bed with well put together linens. There was a towel made up like a swan or bird on the bed.
For us the best feature of this villa is the wide-open balcony from the upper bedrooms. We enjoyed our coffee at 6am on that balcony – absolute quietness!

The Villa was easy to find from the airport - less than 10 mins. It had sufficient privacy and close to all conveniences and Store bay and Pigeon Point beaches. Check in with housekeeper was smooth. There was a decent BBQ pit. Some mosquitoes did “come out” only around 7-8pm, but we had our repellent sprays, so it wasn’t a showstopper. Kids had a blast! Will return next Easter vacation.

The Villa was perfect for our stay. We had 4 people during our stay but can more than comfortably hold 6. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready for us to settle in. It’s close to the main area but would still recommend hiring a car.
The outside/pool area was lovely with a great BBQ and even though there are neighbours, it felt very very private due to the fences and beautiful trees surrounding the property. Unfortunately the villa did not have a hair dryer but I messaged the owners and a new hair dryer was provided the following day for us which was great. The AC in the master bedroom also had some slight issues but the mechanic came over to sort out for us the same day.
The contacts provided for the villa were extremely responsive and made sure we were satisfied with our stay day to day. The house keeper (Anette) was lovely and visited us multiple times to clean during our stay. Over all we had a great time staying here and would highly recommend!

This is a very well kept and maintained Villa. There’s a lovely open gallery on the upper floor which overlooks the pool area. Every bedroom has its own private balcony as well. Great location and close to Pigeon Point beach.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great-close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special.

The villa housekeeper greeted us with warmth upon our arrival and was always helpful. The location of restaurants and the famous pigeon point beach is literally 5 minutes away. Even though all these amenities are a close by, the Villa’s location is on a quiet street – great privacy as well.
